Chart Note | Change Provider

The provider associated with the note can be changed for Office Visits, Phone Calls, Lab Visits, and Letters.

Step by Step

Begin with the desired patient's chart open

  • Navigate to the desired note

  • Click on the triple dot located to the top right of the note

  • Select Change Provider from the drop down menu and the header will change to allow the user to update the note's provider

  • Type to search for people and/or scroll and select from the dropdown

  • Select Save.

TIP: If the update needs to be cancelled, select Cancel at any time.
