Chart Note | Change Provider

The provider associated with the note can be changed for Office Visits, Phone Calls, Lab Visits, and Letters.
Step by Step
Begin with the desired patient's chart open
Navigate to the desired note
Click on the triple dot located to the top right of the note
Select Change Provider from the drop down menu and the header will change to allow the user to update the note's provider
Type to search for people and/or scroll and select from the dropdown
Select Save.
TIP: If the update needs to be cancelled, select Cancel at any time.
