Patient Summary | Print Vitals

Viewing and printing a flowsheet of a patient's previous vital signs allows the user to view patient vitals over a period of time in order to assess for trends and aberrations.
Step by Step
This process begins in desired patient's chart
Navigate to the left side of the chart, also known as the patient summary.
Scroll to Vitals.
Click on the vitals table to open up a full view of the vitals table.
Customize the desired "from" and "to" dates for printing if appropriate.
Select the blue Print icon at the bottom right of this modal.
A print dialog box appears where you can customize the print settings.
Select Print.
You are then directed back to the vitals table without any further input necessary.
Click outside of the table to return to the chart.
