If Reason for Visit Setting Codings is missing, the usual cause is access to that admin page, not the Structured Reason for Visit feature toggle itself.

Turning on Structured Reason for Visit changes scheduling and note workflows to use structured reasons, but it does not by itself make the admin page appear for every user. A user must also have permission to view and manage Reason for Visit Setting Codings.
