Getting Started

The Canvas Staff Activity Report is automatically generated each night and sent to designated email addresses. To modify the recipient list, you'll need admin access to the Canvas configuration settings.

Adding New Recipients

If you have admin access, you can add new recipients directly:

  1. Navigate to /constance/config/ in your Canvas admin panel

  2. Locate the REPORT_EMAIL setting

  3. Add new email addresses to the existing comma-separated list

  4. Save your changes

Requesting Access or Changes

If you don't see the configuration options mentioned above, you may need elevated permissions. Contact your Canvas support team to:

  • Request admin access to modify report settings

  • Have new recipients added to your report distribution list
